The Problem
The scaffold industry suffers from a brain drain. Too many companies are trying to grow without understanding what that means. The successful ones end up with holes all over their business and the unsuccessful ones go out of business. In addition, there isn’t a strong understanding of the scaffold industry on the owner/EPC side of the business. Too many Owners and EPC’s describe scaffold cost over-runs as a major pain point for their business and have no idea how to address it. I create value for companies on both sides of the contract by helping contractors execute better and helping owners and prime contractors manage their scaffold results.
The Solution
I provide project estimating and planning, operational review, business development review, asset management, procurement advise, general management, project management, and senior level/director consultation. I will provide world class expertise to my customers in the scaffolding industry at a cost lower than hiring a full time employee and MUCH lower than a failed project. I also provide short term support to customers in between employees or with a high level problem with a short horizon for resolution. It could be a special event, industrial, commercial, or infrastructure project. I have successfully delivered them all.
