Shawn Mills

I am a 24-year veteran of the soft craft industry, previously holding senior-level sales and operations management roles. My extensive experience, which spans nearly every role from scaffold carpenter to National Account Manager to Senior Vice President of Operations, provides me with a unique perspective that is rare in the industry. I can view a project or company-wide initiative from the vantage point of the craft level, the sales representative, the branch or area manager, the Regional Sales Manager, and the Sales and Operations leaders. Additionally, I understand how a project can impact bonding, cash flow, ROA, and the quarterly board report.
